After "retirement", they were work campers and volunteered all over the country including Yellowstone, MT, FL, TX and MO. They spent their winters with their son in FL. Later, they settled in Southeast MO to be with their daughter and grandson. There, both she and her husband were active volunteers with the VA Hospital and local Aviation Club.
